Outer Banks Resort Rentals, in arrangement with real-estate developers and other brokers, became the first company on the Outer Banks to exclusively rent and resell time-shared condominiums. The company began business in July of 1984 under the ownership of Judy and Marvin Bea rd, who retired in the summer of 2003. The company has expanded to include property management. OBX Unlimited, Inc. (the official name) of Outer Banks Resort Rentals is a North Carolina Corporation that is now owned and operated by Ronda Williams.
